First of all, let us start by saying that we hope all of you are staying safe, following guidelines put forward, and making the most of whatever situation you find yourselves in. We wanted to share with you our company's changes in policies and guidelines that have been enacted for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic so long as it is deemed a risk or emergency situation for our area.
Our first priority is always the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. We are taking all possible measures to ensure this remains our biggest priority while still operating as an essential business. Attached you will find our guidelines that our employees are instructed to abide by until further notice. In addition to these, we have added a couple more guidelines and made a few changes that are included below.
We will not be doing in-home consultations or quotes for the time being. This will be reevaluated on April 13, 2020 and a decision made for when to allow this to resume based on the information available at that time.
We ARE offering consultations and quotes via phone or video chat. Our salespeople are constantly working to find more effective ways to bring information to you through digital means.
All projects completed during this time must be ones that do not require any employees to enter a customer's household. Outdoor and exterior projects will be handled according to the guidelines adapted during this time. This includes, but is not limited to: roofing, siding, patio covers, pergolas, sunrooms, screen rooms, decking, carports, and more.
We know this is a difficult time for everyone, but we hope by remaining open and adhering to strict guidelines, we can provide services to our customers to make their time spent at home more enjoyable.
