This limited lifetime warranty from Four Seasons Building Products covers lattice, patio cover, carport, and awning components against defects such as peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, splitting, rusting, and cracking for the life of the original retail purchaser. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners during the first ten years of coverage. If a manufacturing defect is suspected, FSBP must be notified in writing within 30 days of discovery. FSBP may provide refinished, repaired, or new products to remedy the defect, subject to certain limitations and conditions. The warranty does not cover consequential damages caused by misapplication or improper installation, nor does it cover defects caused by unreasonable use or failure to provide necessary maintenance. The warranty is only valid if registered with FSBP within thirty days after completion of the original installation of the product, and certain exclusions and limitations apply.
